Event Zero board member and investor, Ramin Marzbani will deliver a keynote address at the Event Processing Technical Society (EPTS) meeting on 17 September 2008 in Stamford, CT.

His address, entitled "Why have I just invested in EventZero? The event processing market from VC perspective" will discuss Event Processing technology investment motivated from the ability of EP solutions to impact the broader IT solutions market. As EP/CEP/ESP technologies become more broadly adopted into mainstream IT, the demand for changing the business messaging and business event bus architectures will evolve; and as business rules are increasingly implemented in real-time, new IT challenges previously not encountered will evolve. The new challenges created by this shift are of interest to VC investors looking at solutions in this space.
