The Administrator serves as a central control room for your entire EPN (Event Processing Network) . With the Administrator, you can configure and manage all aspects of the EPN and associated event processing applications. All management activity is governed by a highly secure combination role based access control (RBAC) and access control lists (ACL’s). Administrator is an enterprise class management tool that allows compartmentalized management of EPN segments and applications. Administrator allows authorized users to manage the following:  User Accounts – manage EPN user accounts, permissions, and roles Endpoints – define sources of event data EPN Occurrence Nodes – configure the EPN node topology and functionality of each node Event Channels and Subchannels – define logical streams of events and the associated event schema Event Profiles – define how event data is acquired from endpoints, mapped to the event schema, enriched, and ultimately delivered to an event channel CEP Rules – define rules and associate with an event channel to perform CEP on incoming events EPN Security – control access to event data and management functions EPN Health – view the health and capacity usage of the entire EPN and individual components
