Event Zero Management Team
 Event Zero Chief Executive Officer, David Tucker, previously built a highly successful security software company called XtreamLok. XtreamLok was in operation for over five years. Staff numbers rose to 45 during that period before Symantec bought XtreamLok in 2005. Before XtreamLok, David created a company called imovie which was sold to Village Roadshow in 2000.
 VP of Software Development, Matthew Cooper, has extensive software product development expertise. He moved to Australia from the United Kingdom in 1999. Matthew has worked in Europe, US and Australia during his 20-year career. He was a principal consultant at CSC and has spent the past seven years on innovative business solutions.
 Chief Financial Officer, Audra Tucker, was previously the CFO of Xtreamlok for 7 years. While at Xtreamlok, Ms. Tucker was responsible for all financial matters including preparation of financial documentation for the company’s successful sale to Symantec in 2005. She was also involved with the implementation of OH&S policies and Human Resources. Previous to this, Ms. Tucker was successfully involved with iMovie (at that time, Australia’s largest and most popular movie-based web site).
 Chief Technology Officer, Malcolm Lockhart, was previously the chief architect at Veracode, where he was responsible for the logical and physical architecture of Veracode security services. Prior to Veracode, Mr. Lockhart served as chief architect with Symantec and CTO with Reciprocal, Inc..  He has also worked as a technology consultant for Microsoft at Volt Services Group, where he served as technical liaison for Microsoft engineering, prospective partners and potential licensees of the platform.
 Operations Manager, Donald Casson, was previously an IT manager at Symantec Corporation where he was responsible for ensuring excellence in IT service delivery for the consumer product licensing division. In this role, Mr. Casson contributed to redesigning and developing the existing Brisbane Data centre into a million dollar facility with performance and redundancy being significant factors. Mr. Casson joined Symantec through the acquisition of Xtreamlok where he was an IT manager responsible for the operations of the IT infrastructure worldwide.
 VP of Strategy and Architecture, Baden Hughes, previously worked as the Enterprise Information Architect at the University of Melbourne where his responsibilities included enterprise architecture, IT strategy and planning, and technical and business integration. Mr. Hughes has spent over 15 years in the IT industry in the roles of program and project manager, academic researcher, web application architect, internet systems engineer, software developer, network manager, and editor. Mr. Hughes has published extensively, and serves on several international conference committees and journal editorial boards.
 Director - North American Sales, Allen Beckerdite, has extensive software sales and business development experience. Before joining Event Zero, Allen worked as a Senior Sales Strategist with CA focused on major accounts. Past experience includes Chief Technology Officer/SVP of Products and Technologies for Reciprocal Inc., a pioneer in copyright protection of consumer based digital goods and corporate intellectual property. Advisor to venture based early stage companies and founder of two software companies that provided software to automate manufacturing of complex electrical products.
